8 oz fennel bulb, chopped
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 large white onion, peeled and diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup white wine
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon curry powder 17 oz chicken drumsticks
1 oz fennels seeds
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 cup water
1 cup chicken stock
- Combine the white wine, ground black pepper, curry powder, fennel seeds, and smoked paprika.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker bowl and cover with the chopped fennel bulbs and onions. Pour the white wine liquid and add water and chicken stock.
- Close the slow cooker lid and cook the dish for 9 hours on LOW.
- Then serve the chicken with the chopped fennel bulbs, onions, and a small amount of the remaining liquid. Enjoy!
