1. Pepperoncini Beef

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1-pound beef chuck roast

18 oz pepperoncini pepper

1 cup chicken stock

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 onion, diced

Directions:

  1. Pour the chicken stock into the slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef chuck roast and sprinkle with the ground black pepper, salt, paprika, and diced onion. Close the lid and cook for 4 hours on HIGH.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the pepperoncini peppers and add them into the slow cooker then close the lid.
  4. Cook the meat for 6 hours more on LOW. Serve the cooked beef with sandwich buns.
