1. Pepperoncini Beef

1-pound beef chuck roast
18 oz pepperoncini pepper
1 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 onion, diced
- Pour the chicken stock into the slow cooker.
- Add the beef chuck roast and sprinkle with the ground black pepper, salt, paprika, and diced onion. Close the lid and cook for 4 hours on HIGH.
- Meanwhile, slice the pepperoncini peppers and add them into the slow cooker then close the lid.
- Cook the meat for 6 hours more on LOW. Serve the cooked beef with sandwich buns.
